This company is a FRAUD! They went into my checking account 9/14 claiming I visited there website and was approved for a loan on 9/10. I never visited there website. Also, when questioned about how they able to obtain my banking info. The rep.instructed me to go on line and logon to view the application, my question was not answered. There is no-way I'm going to login to their websit, this could be a set-up to withdraw more funds. However, I did go-online trying to find the company and the only thing I found are complaints. I have turned this matter over to my bank's investigation department and waiting the outcome. Also, because this is theft can the be sued?
