I am the co-signer on a school loan for my son. Trying to be a good father, I CO-Sighned on his loan. My son is in a desperation state on his loan. He has 4 children and is the only bread winner in the family. His salary is within the poverty level, and is in the process of getting Divorced.

Today 10/04/04 he submitted applications to consolidate all of his school loans into a 3.50% loan, only to be informed that he could NOT-NOT-NOT include this
loan in his consolidation because it a PRIVATE LOAN. Meaning these filthy BASTERDS will NOT allow him to consolidate his loans which is at A 8.75% rate.
When in the history of this country does ANYONE or ANYBODY have the RIGHT to stop ANYONE from refinacing a DAMNED LOAD. Who in GOD'S name gave them this power. They are telling me I can NOT refinance this loan at a lower % loan.in todays interest rate that is CRIMINAL. WHO ARE THESE BASTERDS and what prevents them from following the laws of the USA. Let me know of a legal law
that allows these basterds to do this.

I am on Social Security and am myself at a poverty level, and yet these BASTERDS are relentlas in there threats and there is NO ONE you can talk to to get any HELP. These BASTERDS NEED to answer in court for these GISTAPO tactics, which are clearly in VIOLATION of the LAW.

I Need Help, please, are there attorneys who would handle this criminal act of illegal harassment to a senior citizen?
