I agreed to take a free sample of their cleanser on trial, with the proviso that I could cancel any further supplies by phone, but when you try to phone no-one answers. So I rang to my bank who take care of stopping anymore going out, but unfortunately whatever they did has not stopped another amount being taken.in all £200 has been taken under false pretences. How can I get my money back, could you help me please.
