Rue La La is a nightmare!

So I've ordered from Ruelala in the past and never had an issue until last month. I ordered a Kate Spade handbag and a dress and it took a lot longer than usual to come to me. I opened up the box and it was the wrong hand bag it was actually a little wristlet that cost much less that the one I ordered. So called there and told them to email to picture of the bag I ordered an sure enough they messed up my order. I asked if they could make it right but no they had no idea who my handbag went to. So I return the two items and finally see the refund on my bank statements but they didn't credit me for the dress and didn't refund me the tax that I paid. So I call up there and the women told me it was refunded but sure enough it was a mix up once again. I am so disatisfied with the company and I will never buy another item from this website.
