My home was in bad shape he did not complete the job and is expecting full payment. I was ripped off an antique elephant but i believe it was the tile guy who might be cohort of the man something is definetely not right there the local government helps these rip off artists he verbally promised to get the rust out after the initial wash - the man didn't apply the fungicide i paid him 1/2 i do not believe i will be have to pay the rest
