I was given a call April 29 from Eddie Hughes. He stated I had 12 last minute getaways from RCI that I could rent out if I would not be using. I needed to pay the $149 per wk to change them into CCTN name for rental and they would provide the advertisement of the property. I agreed to rent 10wks and paid $1490. I then had no return calls or answers. When I called the customer service line I got the same response "they are listed and waiting for a company to be interested." I was never able to contact Eddie Hughes again. Then this week I got a call from Nathan Reynolds in the closing department. Apparently Coca-Cola and Ford Motor Company wanted to make offers. However, to accept the offers I needed to pay an additional $1273 for stamp tax, legal documents and state fees. I asked for 24hrs to make a decision. He stated not a problem. I then found this site, and thankful I did. I did call and leave a message for Nathan Reynolds and told him I was interested in moving forward, but he has not returned my call 2 days later. I wanted to see if he really would. I will not be fronting anymore money, but am interested in joining a class action lawsuit if there is one started against this company. Is there a way to shut down this company from scamming, and how did they get our phone numbers and timeshare information to begin with?
