I was not aware I was purchasing a Coach Bag and Wallet from China. The handbag had a broken zipper so I sent an e mail and asked if I could send item back since it was defective. Someone wrote me back asking me to send a photo of broken zipper. I did as requested and from then on everything went downhill. I asked for them to send me a return label since there was no English address in the item sent to me. They kept on telling me that I needed to keep the item and they would refund me $ 5.00. I got nowhere with them so I called my bank and stopped payment. I also called Coach and found out they do not have any outlets in China and these bags are copies. Do not buy from them. The money I sent went through Paypal. I also went to the USPS and they said there was no way to return the fraudlent items. I have called the FBI and placed a fraud against this company. Beware!
