My name is petrit shpuza i was staying at europa hotel 11-05 that night i invated a lady with me in the hotel i was in shower she stole from me 2400 dollars as i was on my way to usa i called the police and the investigation started but was a problem first it took 2 weeks te collect the cctvs and second police stoped the investigation because dhe horrendous poor quality of the cctv they said is inposible to identify the suspect because of the poor quality of cctv so just thinking what that hotel has been through the years with lots of bombings u aspect better quality of the cctv and europa hotel is not taken resposibility of that which is another disapointment so thats why i am maken final complaint to u before i go te papers and television wich they offered me the amount of money for the story and i dont want to do that i want the europa hotel to consider very carfully my case again a lady stole from my room 2400 us dollars from my room number 803 and europas cctv cameras cood not identify the suspect because of poor quality of the cctv cameras
