We ordered the cooktop, oven, pot w/lid, 2 pans, BBQ grill, griddle and should have received free cooktop. Half the order was "backordered" so now Sept and nothing. We finally received an email (after telling them we are contacting IL State Atty Gen's Office to complain. They are telling us that we need to send them almost $47 more for s&h. I WILL not stand for this. Seems they only sent one cooktop to folks and held off so they can charge more. I am forwarding my paperwork to the IL Atty Gen's office and I suggest others who have been ripped of considered doing the same. This is a scam and why should they profit from OUR hard earned money. I love giving feedback when something or someone works well but seems to me mainly it's just complaints lately with this poor work ethic that is popular now. We should let our voices be heard after all, they ripped US off.
