I stayed at sleep inn lastnight check-out time is not till 11am i went up to front desk were wosnt just a clerk it was a manager (shelina murji) that said i had to re-pay by 10am or i couldnt have my room cleaned the maids were already assigned rooms. Which i havent seen the first maid on that floor all morning here it is going on 11 am. Know grant me not this is a hotel that cost $100.00 dollars a night. What got me is i stay at hotels all the time for my buisness that i run and have never heard that before. So i called back up there to make sure i heard correct she then told me i told you what i said you can come up here and get your money back and go somewhere else. After that i did cause i was paying her for another night. So i then told her i would be letting someone that was over her let her now how she treated us and her buisness. Sleep inn off s. Tryon and yormont in charlotte nc.
