On 9/12 I purchased 23 books from this site.
To date I have only been able to download 14 of these books and this has taken days. All of the emails I have received from them indicate that the books have already been downloaded by another user (i.E. Adobe ID). I have told them repeatedly that I only have one adobe id and that I cannot download the books the first time let alone more than once. They basically told me I would have to rebuy them in order to get them. Why should boosk I buy be tied to an adobe id in the first place, it is ridiculous. You are my last hope.
