Obert ashcraft sold one horse to me. Without the true detells. We wired the money first only way he does it. Then he would bring the horse to us plus gas for him. Never recieved Horse didnot refund money because he had to feed the horses and fix his truck and when he feels like it which will be never because the BBB said he is not a Rescue ranch... Hermando countycode enforcement is aware of this fraud and others
