I ordered online a pair of sunglasses from the website sheinterest.com. They sent me the pair of sunglasses which i didn't order. Now to exchange thta they are asking me another 35$ and the return postage to china from australia. I am trying to chat with them since last 10 days but they are not ready to do anything and to change the sunglasses is costing me 90$. They admit that its their fault but they want me to bear the cost of this fault.
Please help me if you can in any way.
I have been badly ripped of and mentally tortured.
