They said that they work for the goverment in helping with grants from the goverment. I was charge so much money, the people I talked to told me that there was a $500 dollar insurance fee to send the $9000 to my account. Mr. James said send what I had then send the rest when I recieve my grant. His manager said no that was wrong I had to send $500 or I can't get the money, I told then I did't have it or borrow it cancell it and send me my money back have'nt heard anything yet.
