I just want to know why i cannot fund my solid trust pay account anymore!

I never had any problem with funding my account but now when i try to fund my account, put the amount and the secondary password, when i click in proceed the page doesnt move forward...

Another thing is that i request my bank adress verification month ago but so far still pending, the same happens with my credit card that is still pending.

So far i was enjoying using the stp but now if my situation doesnt get any answer i will close my account!

Ps-the mails that i send to the technical suport didnt get any answer so far...
