Basically i signed up for the free trial, and now they have put me in for monthly deductions of £37 or more each. I tried to phone the company, after waiting in line for over 30 mins at 40p a min, the man then said he could not hear me and hung up. I contacted my bank and they said they could not stop the payments coming out, but they had put a tracker on them so if they take any payments out my bank i will be refunded straight away.
