I ordered a floral arrangement from the online Teleflora yesterday. I chose the premium arrangement for my younger sister to be delivered to school. Well it was delivered on time but the arrangement was not what was advertised! I ordered purple roses in a purple cube with a purple bow with light flower accents and dark green leafy greenery.instead they sent purple flowers in a clear bowl no ribbon and light green and white greenery with dark flower accents! It was ugly and if that was the image in the advertisement I would have never ordered it! I called and emailed customer service and they would not discount the order because of THEIR MISTAKE. They would only offer 15% off next purchase and gave me some advice to place the order three days in advance to make sure the product is available! Here is some advice for them: You should educate your telephone operators the way MOST BUSINESS'S do and tell you that the product is currently unavailable before you place the order and give you the opportunity to order something else instead of being dissatisfied! So to sum it up I spent $80.00 on a piece of crap arrangement that was falsely advertised and only offered a 15% coupon off for my next purchase! Teleflora sucks and they need to really get a clue! I purchased the Morning Melody with Lavender Roses I suggest that future customers do not do the same. I have pictures posted on my Facebook account with the image from the advertisement and what was received. I'm getting reviews myself from the product and service. The word if mouth is "Priceless"
