It wasn't until I had already spent my first of 15 years in prison that I realized that the attorneys that represented me were unethical, irresponsible, non-responsive, disrespectful and blatantly incompetent.in fact, it wasn't until my uncle, who is my power of attorney, was treated with the utmost of disrespect, while attempting to get a transcript of the final court decree for my appeal, that it was clearly evident that Erickson and Oppenheimer were quick to cash each check that my family contributed to pay my attorneys fees, in the final transcript it revealed that they didn't even present a defense.in fact, they did nothing, through out my entire ordeal to rebut any of the prosecutors claims. Nothing! If I can save anyone from being duped by these two case-chasers, this is the start. These guys will do you wrong. I am and have documented proof of their incompotency.
