I was one of those persons made a complaint on this site. I just want to apologise to this company, i got my 3 months supply of green coffee bean extract today 9/8. To be honest, after almost two monts and did not hear anything from the company i became doubtful. However, i want to say it seem more like lack of marketing skills, because there were no contact # etc. I am also in to shipping, so i know things can move a bit slow when you have to depend on suppliers and vendors, but they should at least have a contact #. The bottom line is, i got my supply and i'm very happy. For those who haven't received theirs yet, i believe you should give them a little more time. Support@greencoffeesupport.com, You have to do a much better job than that!
