I thought JCS offered a good deal for low cost phone services for inmates until I had trouble getting them to respond to my questions. I finally got so fed up, I emailed a cancellation. They did send a reply asking for a reason for cancellation. I relayed it again and have not been able to get anyone by e-mail or phone. What a racket!!
