Miscellaneous

I work for the State of Florida as a provider servicing challenged adults in the community. One of my clients called Comcast because his computer was not connecting properly. Someone there gave him the number to PC care to get help. Not knowing any better he called them and they asked for his credit card and immediately took $168.00 out of his bank account.By the time his bank caught up with me he was overdrawn because this is more that half of what he makes in a month. I called PC experts and talked with a "supervisor" Art" and was told I would need to send my clients medical history in order to get his money back. I am still fighting with them. Art told me he had to show the documentation to the Better Business Bureau before he could return the money. Obviously Art doesn't know what he is talking about but they were my next call.
