I went into stoneacre doncaster to choose the car i wanted and agree a deal with the sales rep. At the time i said i didnt want the gap insurance or the lifetime guarantee as it would have to be added to the loan and then add on another 5k roughly. After agreeing i said id be back the next day to sign the paperwork but had to work so sent the wife and my mother to sign up and get the car. To my surpise when i got the paperwork both had been added and when questioned the sales rep said nothing could be done as it was signed/. Ive gone along with it reluctantly thinking i had no choice but then when the parking sensors wouldnt work i took it in thinking it would be covered under the life time guarantee (as this is how the sales rep sold it, saying anything wrong with car it would be covered) to find out that was a number of things they wouldnt cover
