Miscellaneous

The scam theme is pretty much the same as the previous complains. I placed an order on 9/6 for an Epson projector. The deal is the best you can ever found in internet. The website looks legitimate and it has a business address in NJ. I didn't have any suspicion at all when I placed my order. This morning I received an email notifying me that my card information was not correct. Again, I didn't raise any suspicion on it. I thought that I might enter the information incorrectly. I left my card at home last night after I place the order, so I didn't have my credit card with me. I was about to enter a different credit card. This time I was a bit careful. I called the company. The phone didn't go through. This triggered my suspicion, since the website listed the business hours as 9am to 5pm and I called during the business hours. I sent an email to its website. Then I googled the company. Then I found out that I was scamed. I had to call my credit card company to cancel my card and saved myself.
Anyway, I don't know how many users realize that this company is a scamer. This company should be reported to law enforcement agency, so that the website will be shut down, the person behind it should be punished. No more users will be victimized.
