I was trying to sell my car on craiglist and i recieve a text from this number (Personal Info Removed). At first i did not think it was a scam until i started looking more into it. I look up the number and i seen that other people had the same number texting them and calling them. Now this person has (Gabriel Ferguson) has my complete adress and he wont stop texting. My car is a 1995 Mitsubichi Eclipse GS and i am putting it up for sale for $1300. Now Gabriel is offering me $3200 and is supposely mailing me the check by USPS. He had said for me to take out the $1300 out of the $3200 and that whatever is left for me to pay a tow truck to bring the car to him. I then realiaze he did not gave me no adress or no other information about himself. All i have is his number that he using to text but when you call, its not really a number and the name he gave me. Now i am very concerned about this situation, now knowing that this is a scam, because i have a 3 month year old daughter with me at all times and i would not want anything to happened to her or to me. At this time i do not know what to do for my next step so can you please help.
