I was offered to pay for the plubishing of my book in three equal payments on my credit card. There would be an extra charged of $30.00 for using the 90 day payment. I agreed to that.
After signing the release I received an E-mail from Trafford saying when all payments were paid, they would publish my book. I was not told of this in advance or did I ever receive any E-mail from them advising me. I have not paid the credit card yet since it is not due until 23rd of this month. Do I have a legal right to call the credit card company to refuse this payment?
I am ready to do something else.
