I ordered their product BioQ8 that had a 30 return and refund guarantee.
The product ded not work so I called then for a return number which they gave me at which time I told them that my credit card had been cancelled and they wouldhave to send me a check for the rfund.
They said it would take 3 weeks. I have yet to receive my refund even though I have called them about it twice.
