I noticed that a $30.00 check was taken out of my bank account on 09/05 I then called the company and after about 10 hang ups I finally got a rep. I was told that I have to go to the web site to make a complaint. I told her that i did not authorize this payment... She tried to talk me in to other bs... I finally just told her i was going to report this scam.
