This company is a total scam. I did sign up, cancelled the next day as it was not what was explained to me and got a cancellation number back in December. Forgot about it and today realized they've been hitting me for $21.95 a month for 7 months. I called them, cancelled it again, and some guy who sounded drunk gave me a fax number to send my complaint letter to to get my money back. Shocking, but the fax number was bogus - no answer. What now?
Class action for some smart lawyer out there.
Can't STAND having my trust betrayed.
