I subscribed to the 1 month trial for Life Cleanse and Beri Supreme only because I had seen the write up from Channel 4. I realised quickly that the products did not work so I cancelled. I did get a reply back for both products acknowledging my request, they offered me to continue at a reduced cost which I declined and confirmed I wanted to cancel. I of my email cancellations was acknowledged stating they would cancel the other didn't reply. As I did not receive any more products I thought my request had been actioned, how wrong I was. I received my bank statement and realised 2 payments had been taken from my bank. I have tried to contact them but I'm getting nothing back.
The most frustrating thing is that I called my bank (Lloyds) to make them aware of my concerns and asked them to put a stop to any further payments from these companies, they refused to help and stated because I had given out my details freely to this company and at that point they had not taken any more out that they couldn't do anything about it. I explained to them that I had only authorised the shipment costs and nothing more and that I was trying to be proactive and prevent an issue but they refused point blank to help me. I even had to ask that they make sure my call was recorded on my account, and even then they said they will but it won't make a difference!
My next step is to contact my bank and request that they stop any more future payments but I'm not holding out much hope:- (
