Seller's estimate proceed was wrong at closing - Selling house

This september we received an offer on the house that was exceptable. When we went in for closing NP Dodge called us to tell us we owe 500 dollars to them. When we went into the acceptance of the offer the seller's astimated worksheet made it clear that we would receive 107.90. I don't know how a realistate agency can come back at closing and tell us that they screwed up the professional services fee and now we owe 500 dollars. I feel that they are theives and decived us and now hold us hostage.
