Unsanitary and Unfriendly Conditions At This Location!

I have written directly to Dunkin Donuts about this location on previous occasions, but nothing seems to have changed at location.

These are the reasons I'm complaining about this Dunkin Donuts location:

1. Unsanitary conditions: consistently dirty and uncleaned table and counter tops, unswept floors, etc.
2. Front door and windows are consistently dirty with finger prints.
3. Service - the employees that work at this particular location are very unfriendly, never smile and hardly say "thank you."

This is my last time I will complain about this location before I stop going there. I complained directly to the Dunkin Donut corporation previously, but I know that they didn't do anything at all about correcting these conditions at this location on Broadway in New York! I will go across the street to Starbucks from now on!!!
