Douglass Tires From Walmart Blow Out in LESS THAN 3 Months - Douglas X-TRACII 185/75R14 Tires

It seems redundant now that I see so many other complaints. I bought a set of 4 185./75R14 X-TRACII tires from Walmart on June 6 (Today is Sept. 12) and the front right tire blew out while my wife was driving on I-295 on a nice flat stretch of highway. Same deal... They will not honor the warranty because there is no way to tell how the blowout happened. Now that I am here, I have no choice but to buy another one because I am driving around on a donut. (probably safer than these tires) Any way we can get some kind of class action suit going?
