Unhappy manage

I go to Western Illinois University in Macomb Illinois. At our Union we conveniently have a BK located inside. I have been here a few times and everytime I always see this guy working there he wears a white shirt which is why I assume he is a manager. I think I heard the other workers calling him CJ. He never seems happy to be working or to help anyone. It really puts people in a bad mood when the people that work there aren't happy.
