There was an unautherised transaction on my wife`s account, and i am now starting a retreaval action with my financial institution. Wish me luck. Looking over some of the other complaints, there was at least one other deduction of the same amount. Makes you wonder how many other people they have ripped off, and got away with it, because most people are honest and wouldn`t notice.
