This dealer illegally repossessed car. I went to a consumer attorney who confirmed everything he did was illegal from the changing of the advertised price to repossessing it without grounds and then refusing to return it. They contacted him and I was told he just starting scream at the attorney. This man believes he is above the law. He has had several other complaints unresolved and Now that I have upgraded the car to the tune of $5000 and it is almost paid off he now want to resale it and has it posted on his website. I just cannot afford the attorney fees. I need someone to help me stop him he is selling my car in 20 days. I have provided the attorney with every reciept and prove of insurance. This man has no grounds to keep my car from me.
