I ordered a free sample of face lotion for approx £3 which was taken from my account a few days after the order. However a few weeks after £88 was taken which I didnt notice straight away as I was on holiday. Then a second £88 was taken a month later! This company are helping themselves to my money every month without my authorisation! How do I get it back!
