Leatherup.com has some of the most ridiculous return policies. They refused a refund because we opened the plastic bag to see if the part would fit. Granted, I made a mistake ordering the wrong part but the biggest mistake was ordering from this company. Their customer service representative are extremely rude and not the least bit helpful.
