I do not know what this Pointpay.co.uk company ia all about. I have never heard of such a company, yet they have taken £29.97 out of my bank account! I have not received any goods in the post or anything however, I am now nearly £30 out of pocket and worried who has my bank details and will they take more money. Could I please get some information on the nature of this company, how to retrieve my money and how to prevent it happening in the future. Thank you in anticipation.
