I paid for a dog grooming clipper with my credit card. The money was deducted from my credit card and i was given a postage no from dinodirect and told that the parcel would arrive in south africa by the 2 august. It is now the 5 september and my parcel has still not arrived. I have phoned the postal service here in south africa only to be told that the parcel is not in the country as yet. Please help.
