This company took money out of my account without permission. I received a refund # and was told it would take 1-5 business days, it's been almost 2 weeks and still no refund!!! I want my money back. I just called them again and they told me to check with my bank to see if the refund was received. I told them it still wasn't in my account. The lady said when was the last time you spoke to your bank, I said 2 mins before I called you. Now I have to wait for corporate to call me to " find out where my money is"! This company is a big scamer! Beware!!!
