I have read the other complaints and the EXACT same thing just happened to me. I ordered a pair of shoes on 8/25 and saw that nothing happened past the processing of the order on the site. I emailed several times through the contact us link and got no response. I just filed a dispute and escalated it to a claim in paypal.
