The crew here next to the apartment where I stay continue to start there work at 6:00am in the mornings. I am a person that works and have not said a word about what they have been doing but now I want something done about it. One time my girlfriend walked out and a lot of there men started looking into the window and saying inproper words to her. None of these men could speak english and that was my first complaint to them. They are working on 26th Ave in Oakland CA.
