I want to know if this rescue, Doberman Rescue Alliance is a fraud or a real non-profit. I was mislead about a doberman i rescued and would like to be reimbursed for the Heartworm treatment, car rental, hotel, gas, and very high vet bills. If this is not resolved I will take further action. Wendy Moss should be investigated as she is taking peoples donations and giving them sick dogs. Where is this money actually going?
