My grandaughter was asking salesman if he could ring of price of pair of michael kors shoes. She thought they may be on sale. He sigh as though it was a task. It was not on sale. I asked him if i could use a macy coupon. He stated that michael kors do not take coupons, but rang it up anyway. The coupon was acceptable. My grandaughter asked if he would hold them while she looked around. He asked "how long?". She said about 30 mins. Again a sigh from him as voided the sale. Seemed annoyed. We did not go back to macys. Went to Lord and Taylor and bought same shoes. He lost a 98.00 sale. I feel he did not give us the customer service we deserved. I feel i needed to address as i have always had very good service with macys.
