I took a loan out and the day was to repay i couldnt so i made a token payment and set up a repayment plan for 100 every for weeks commencing on the 25 of september they then took 80 pounds twice unauthoised it has left me in a destressed state of mind and with no money to surive on also the staff at cheque centre airdrie were very abroupt manner towards me i think this is absolutey illegal and im very upset
