I usually take Amazon word as if is the best!
I am a Prime customer
I was searching for a family tree documented in the Amazon page.
Amazon took me to Herman Street because is one of your recommended products.
I order the Legacy Family Deluxe 7.5 Dawn loaded In my first intent I was not able to grasp the information. After few other times I decided that is complicated to followed the program.
I called for support with No answer. I e-mail 3 times no response. I finally e-mail one more time support and refunds.
This time one person from Peggy from orders reply. See note: I called 1866-648-2140 today an
No answer.

You purchased Legacy through Herman Street, so if the program is unsuitable for you, you will need to contact Herman Street for a refund at 1-866-648-2140.

I would like to know how many time I need to write to get an answer?
This is my 3rd e-mail to you and 1 phone call with no answer.
Can you please let me know how can return you CD and get my money back.
You don't have support for questions or any guide available.
Your program is complicated and I purchased the program because you claim
