I can confirm other claims that this is indeed a scam. I confronted echandler5755@yahoo.com about the other claim on this site, to which he said, "That wasn't me." Then immediately messaged me again saying, "My account was taken, but I have it back now."
Avoid this person. As well as terrellconstance@gmail.com.
