I ordered Microsoft Office Pro 2010. I got the email with the link to download the software and the key. The link did not work. I tried contacting the seller but I did not hear until 5 days later.By then I called Microsoft for assistance and they said that it is company key and is not intended for individual sale and suggested to return the purchase.
I paid through pay pal and it seems like pay pal protects the seller in its agreement and closed the case. I learned not to trust pay pal because they protect fraudulent activities!
