Just Energy Charging us for Electricity we don't even pay fo

After selling my home and cancelling my electricity wth Just Energy, I was called at my new Residence, a condo, I purchased. I had just moved in and told the employee, " I have electricity, I don't have to pay for it, but if or when I ever need your services agan I will contact you. "She insisted, that she have our site number, I said we don't have a site number, and why would I get another, electricity company when I aready have elcetricity? After speaking to the Just Energy Rep. I assumed, that it had been taken care of. I had no furture contract with them, since cancelling mine, before moving. They continued to call, and call, and call, until finally we just ignoredtheir calls because they came so often. Then I received a bill in the mail, for electricity, for the entire complex, since they didn't have our unit number, I guess, they just charged us for the whole building. At that time, my sister spoke with a rep and again, told them we didn't have a contract with them, and didn't require any services, certainly not the entire complex. Then came more and more phone calls, everyday, sometimes 4 & 5 times a day, and then another bill, again for the entire complex. This, the 3rd time, my mother spoke to the caller, and again told them, " we don't have a contract with you people, we don't pay for electricity" The gentleman she spoke to seemed to get it, he said, "well. I am going to have to look into this further, and check it out. Then the next mail we received, was from a collection agency, for $24,000.00, which is ludicris. I don't know if they need business that badly, that they have to harrass people continuously, or if they don;t understand English. But I am beyond angry, now it might affect, my credit rating, for something so stupid. I don't pay for electricity, it is included in my condo fees. This complex has an electricity complany, which they were informed, the first week, of January, when this all began.
