On 8/16.12, I paid by credit card 249.00 for course fees and processing fee with the understanding that this would entitle me to license, etc. With Albany, NY. The 2nd day into the 3 day program I was informed that an extra fee would be required to get the lincense:
$105 for finger prints, etc., $36 for the state of NY to issue it and $50 to LJW security to handle all of this.

I do not have the required 191.00 extra and am filing a complaint to be reimbursed for the initial $249.00 because of false advertising and scam. With paying the extra 191.00 there is NO ADVISE of a job.
Since I took the courses, I am not entitled to any refund... But my advisor encouraged me to find out about the programs and take the courses.

I have bad eyesight and feel this job is not for me.

What recourse do I have?
